Bridget Stafford is an experienced Human Resources professional with a passion for helping organizations build compliant, engaged, and high-performing workplaces. With more than a decade of experience in human resources, employee relations, leadership coaching, workplace investigations, and regulatory compliance, she provides practical, business-focused HR solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Bridget currently serves as an HR Business Partner for one of Kentucky's largest systems, where she partners with leaders to navigate complex employee relations matters, performance management, workplace investigations, leave and accommodation issues, organizational change, and leadership development. She founded Stafford HR Partners to provide small and mid-sized businesses with access to experienced HR expertise—without the cost of a full-time HR department.

She holds:

• Associate of Arts – Bluegrass Community & Technical College (BCTC)

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Murray State University

• Master of Arts in Teaching – University of the Cumberlands

Bridget also holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification and is a Certified Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP), demonstrating her commitment to strategic human resources, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
